Trustees.

Pursuant to notice issued by the Secretary, the
Trustees of the Pros. of the Cemy. of Mount Auburn
met at the house of Mr Bond the Treasurer
on
Present Messrs Bigelow, Bond, Brown, Gould
& Read.

In the absence of the President Dr. Bigelow
was chosen chairman of the meeting.-

Treasurers Report._

The Treasurer then made his report, accom-
panied by a statement of Mr. Russell, the
Superintendent.

Voted. To accept the Treasurers Report
& that the Secretary lay the same before
the Corporation at their next annual
meeting,-

Voted. To adjourn sine die.-

Mount Auburn Cemetery

The annual meeting of the Pros. of the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn will be held on at the Rooms of the
Horticultural Society in Boston to choose Trus-
tees for the ensuing year, to hear the report
of the Treasurer, & to act on any other business
which may come before the said meeting
