Trustees.

Pursuant to notice to that effect issued
by the Secretary, the Trustees of the Pros.
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
met at the Secretary's office on Present Messrs Bigelow, Bond,
C. P. Curtis, B. R. Curtis, Parker, & Story.

Pres &c chosen

The Trustees proceeded to choose by
ballot a President, Treasurer & Secretary.

President

Hon. Joseph Story was chosen President
having received a unanimous vote for
that office.

Treasurer.

Geo. Bond Esqr was chosen Treasurer
having recd a unanimous vote for
that office

Secretary_

B. R. Curtis was chosen Secretary
having recd a unanimous vote for
that office

Comee on Lots.

Voted. That the same Gentlemen with the
same authority as during the last
year be a Comee on Lots.

Gate Keeper & Admission to Grounds _

Voted. that said Comee be authorized
to give certain notices in regards
to the admission to the grounds &
removal of Trees & that they be authorized
to employ a Gate Keeper

Hedge to be removed.

Voted. that the Secretary be directed
to address to Mr Winship a Letter
