Whereas by accident & mistake, the annual meeting
of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn
can not be held on the first Monday of Febuary
pursuant to the bye law of the Corporation. _

And whereas the Trustees are in such case autho-
rized to call another annual meeting;

Now we the
subscribers Trustees of the said Corporation, do hereby
call such annual meeting on the second Monday
of Febuary next, at the office of the Secretary at
