Pursuant to the above requisition the Secretary of
the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn pub-
lished, in the Boston Daily Advertizer & other news-
papers more than 7 days before the 8^th of Febuary (sic)
1841, the following notice.

Mount Auburn Cemetery

The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery
of Mount Auburn, will be held at the office of
the subscriber N^o 16 Court Street, Boston, on Monday
the eighth day of Febuary (sic) next at 4 oclk P.M. to
make choice of a Board of Trustees, to act on the
report of the Treasurer, and to transact any other
business which may legally come before said
meeting. _

Pursuant to the above notice the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the time &
place therein designated & the President being absent
Mr George Bond was chosen chairman of the meeting

The report of the Treasuerer was then read
