Trustees
Voted. That the compensation of the Treasurer
be a commission of two & one half per cent on
the sales of lots, to commence on the
Treasurers Duties
Voted. That the treasurer keep the funds
of the Corporation deposited in some
proper Bank to the credit of the corpora
tion & that he be authorized to draw
checks as Treasurer against it until
the further order of the board
Voted. That the Treasurer give bond
with surety in the sum of three thousand
dollars to be approved by the board
Voted. That Mr Gould be a commee
to settle the accounts of the late
Treasurer
Voted. That Messrs Parker & Gould be a
commee of finance to direct the Treasurer
as to all investments & reinvestments & the
management of the funds -- provided
that no change shall be made in
any investment without the consent
of the board
Voted. That the request of Col. Bigelow
be granted with the understanding
that a proper guard be kept so as
to exclude all vehicles except those
belonging to the escort.
Comee on Lots
Voted. That Messrs Bigelow, Parker & Curtis
be the committee on lots with the
usual power
