Repairs

Voted That the Treasurer perform the
necessary duties in regard to the custody
& services trust of the said "fund for repairs",
under the superintendence of the comee on
investments & under the same regulations
as apply to his other duties.

Location of Tombs

The comee on Lots reported that tombs
may be built within twenty six feet
of the westerly & southerly fences of the
cemetery, with the consent of the Comee
on lots, & not elsewhere.
Voted. To accept the above report -

Water

Voted. That the comee on Lots be author-
ized to employ an engineer to ascertain
the practicability of bringing water from
Fresh Pond to Mount Auburn.
