Trustees.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner by the Secre-
tary, at there were in attendance at the office
of C.P. Curtis Esquire, from the board of Trustees. Messrs Bigelow
C.P. Curtis, and Parker. No quorum being present the meeting
adjourned to meet at the same place on

Pursuant to adjournment and also to notices issued in the
usual manner by the Secretary, the Trustees met at the office

Officers elected

The meeting having been called to order, proceedinged to
ballot for President for the ensuing year, and Jacob
Bigelow
was unanimously elected.

The meeting then proceeded to ballot for Secretary for
the ensuing year and Henry M. Parker was unani-
mously elected.

The meeting then proceeded to ballot for Treasurer for
the ensuing year, and George Wm Bond was unani-
mously elected.

The meeting then proceeded to ballot for three persons
to constitute the Committee on Lots for the ensuing
year, and Jacob Bigelow, Charles P. Curtis, and Isaac
Parker
were unanimously elected.
