free from all incumbrances made or suffered
by them and that they will warrent and
defend the same to the said Morton P. Brasee
his heirs and assigns forever against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons
claiming by through or under them but against
non other.
In witness whereof, the said proprietors
of the cemetery of Mount Auburn have caused
these present to be signed by a committee of
the Trustees consisting of Charles P. Curtis and
by the Secretary of the Corporation Henry M. Parker
and also the common seal of the said corpo-
ration to be hereunto affixed ^on this
signed sealed & delivered
