DEED. Proprietors &c to Wm P. Winchester.

Know all men by these Presents that the
Proprietors of the Cemetary of Mount Auburn
in consideration of a conveyance which William
P. Winchester
of Boston in the County of Suffolk,
and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Esquire, has
this day made to them by deed of [even?] date and to
be recorded herewith, and of one dollar to them
paid by the said Winchester, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release
and forever quitclaim, unto the said Winchester,
all their right, title, interest, claim and es-
tate in and to the triangular piece or parcel
of land hereinafter described and in and to every
right, easement and privilege which they have
or may or can have in, upon and over the same
or any part thereof.

Said parcel is situated in Watertown in
the County of Middlesex, and is thus bounded
and described, viz. Beginning on the Eastwardly
side of a way leading from the lands of said Win-
chester
towards the Mount Auburn Cemetary
at the Northeasterly corner of the piece or parcel
of land described in the above mention con-
veyance from said Winchester to said Corporation,
thence running Southwesterly, and bounded
Northwardly by the land described in the said
conveyance about four hundred and twenty one
feet to land of said Winchester on the Southwardly
side of a town way leading from lands of said Win-
chester
towards ^towards Watertown Bridge, thence running
