In testimony whereof, the said Propri-
etors of the Cemetary [sic] of Mount Auburn have
caused this instrument to be signed by their
Treasurer and countersigned by their Secreta-
ry and their Common Seal to be hereto affix-
ed, the twenty fourth day of June, in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
forty eight.

nowledged the foregoing instrument to be the
free act and deed of the said Corporation.
