Trustees .

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner the
Trustees met at the office of C.P. Curtis Esqr on the
Present Messrs Bigelow, C.P.
Curtis
Crockett, Dixwell, Gould, Parker, Read and
Tisdale.

Superintendents house. Repairs of.

Voted. That the committee on lots be authorized to
make such repairs and alteration of the superin-
tendent's house
as they shall judge expedient.

Proposal to obtain an additional act for the purchase of land.

Some discussion having arisen as to the right
of the Corporation to purchase real estate not
actually adjoining the present enclosure of
the Cemetery, the President was appointed a
Committee, with the assistance of the Secreta-
ry, to procure the passage a new act en-
larging the rights of the Corporation in
this respect. Adjourned.

Superintendent Complaint vs. him by J.T. Austin.

The President laid before the meeting
two letters from the Hon. James T. Austin alleging and charg-
ing upon the Superintendent a gross dereliction of duty
in not seasonably preparing a grave on his lot. The letters
were referred to a Committee of three, vis C.P. Curtis, Gould
and Parker with instruction to inquire into the circumstances
and to report at a future meeting. Adjourned.
