Trustees. .

Boston. The Trustees met pursuant to ad-
journment, and without any formal action adjourned to meet
at the office of the Secretary at
at which time and place were present Messrs Bigelow, B.R.
Curtis
, Gould Parker and Tisdale. The Treasurer's report for
the year ending . was presented, but not yet
audited. Thereupon Voted. That the said reported be accep-
ted, when it shall have been approved by the Auditor.

Adjourned, without day.

Proprietors. 1851.

Mount Auburn Cemetery -
The Annual Meeting of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of
Mount Auburn, will be held at the office of the subscriber
in Boston, at No 46 Washington street on to
choose Trustees for the ensuing year, to hear the report
of the Treasurer, and to act on any other business which
may legally come before the said meeting.

Pursuant to the foregoing notice which was published
in the Boston Daily Advertiser, a newspaper printed in
the City of Boston, more than seven days in succession
before the said time of meeting, the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn met at the time and place
designated in said notice. A quorum having assem-
bled. the President, Dr Bigelow, took the chair.

The Treasurer's report was presented, and read and
ordered to be recorded when it shall have first been
approved by the Auditor as ordered by the Trustees.
