Trustees. .

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner, the Trus-
tees met at the office of C.P. Curtis Esqr, on the _. Present Messrs Bigelow, Crock-
itt
, Curtis, Dixwell, Gould, Read and Tisdale.

Chapel. Repairs on.

Voted _ That Messrs Bigelow & Tisdale be a committee,
with authority to cause two of the pinnacles of the chapel
to be taken down, and rebuilt under their superinten-
dence, and to make all such other incidental repairs
as shall be deemed by them expedient.

Jona Preston's claim -

Voted _ That the committee on the subject of Mr Pres-
ton's
claim have full authority to settle with him on
such terms as they deem proper and just.

Byrant & Blaisdell's claim -

Voted. That Messrs Gould & Read be a committee with
full powers to settle with Messrs. Bryant & Blaisdell|Bryant & Blaisdell]]
as to their claims on account of the timber fence.

Iron Fence painted

Mr. Tisdale reported verbally that he had caused
the iron fence of the cemetery to be painted in [?] a su-
perior manner at the cost of $586.54 only.
