that they shall first file with the Secretary a new plan com-
prising all the lots paths &c mentionted in that contract.
Voted. That the offices of the Corporation be authorized to
convey to Mace Tisdale or L. K. Hewins any portion of the land
described in said instrument and not already conveyed
by the Corporation.
The Secretary stated that the Executors of Samuel C. Gray, de-
ceased, late proprietor of lot no. 855. had left with him a deed
conveying said lot to two trustees named therein, and asked
instructions as to the recording it or issuing a ticket for the
same to the trustees. He was advised to return it to the
No Transfers in trust to be recorded.
Executors, with the information that this Corporation takes
no notice of conveyances of lots in trust.

Pursuant to notices issued in the usual manner, a meeting of the
Trustees was holden on
Present Messrs Bigelow, Curtis, Kuhn, Little, Gould, Parker
and Tisdale.
The records of the last meeting was read and approved.
Tree be removed
Voted. That the large decaying sycamore tree on the Northly
side of Mount Auburn Cemetery and near the Easterly ter-
mination of the outside railing be removed.
The Treasurers report not being ready to be laid before the
