Trustees. .

At the monthly meeting duly notified, there were
present only Messrs Bigelow, Parker, Little & Tisdale
no quorum.

Dr. Bigelow as a Committee on the Bowditch Statue
reported in writing. His report was accepted.

Gate Keeper complaints against; authorized to admit without passes

A letter from Mr Levi Bartlett to one of the Trustees
was read. It complains of the course of the gate keeper.
This led to a general consideration of the subject of visitors
to the cemetery, with & without tickets & passes. It was,
Voted. That /subject to the notification & confirmation of
the board/ the gate keeper be permitted instructed to admit
persons of respectable appearance and demeanor to
ride into the Cemetery, without tickets or permits until
further orders.
