present Messrs Curtis Kuhn Bangs and Crockett. No quorum.

At the regular monthly meeting holden there were
presents Messrs Bangs, Bigelow, Curtis, Crockett and Gould.

The Secretary reported as the assignment of a policy
of insurances on the house upon the Stone Farm. Thereupon

Insurance of Farm House.

Voted. That Mr Little be a committee of one with full
powers to attend to this subject and procure insurance
and to make arrangements for the ^use and occupation of the
house during the remainder of the present year.

Plan of Stone Estate. bought of J.B. Dana

The Secretary stated that J.B. Dana Esqr had
proposed to the Trustees to take the plan of the
farm recently purchased, which was made for him
at an expense of more than ten dollars by W.A. Mason
Surveyor -, and that the trustees should pay that sum to
Henry M. Parker for services rendered by said Parker
to said Dana in drawing deeds &c of the premises.

Voted. That the Plan be received and that Mr Parker
^said bill of ten dollars against Mr J.B. Dana be paid by this
Corporation. [NB. This Plan is recorded in Middlesex Registry]
