W R. Carnes. complaint

The application of W. R. Carnes in in relation to a nuis-
ance on an adjoining lot to his own, by the decaying of a
poor tomb, was referred to Mr Crockett.

E W. Williams Legacy.

Voted. That Mr H. M. Parker use his discretion in refer-
ence to the collection of Mrs Williams legacy from the Ex'er.
not delaying a suit after .
Mr Read was present at the passing of the last vote.

J. Richardson's claims

Before the President left the meeting he reported
- orally that he had settled with Mr J. Richardson
on terms fixed by G. H. Kuhn Esqr as arbitrator.

Trustees.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was holden
on the

Present Messrs Bangs, Bigelow, Crockett, Curtis,
Kuhn and Parker.

The record of the last meeting was read and ap-
proved.

W. R. Carnes complaint in regard to tomb of Silas Pierce Lot 376.

Mr Crockett reported that Mr Pierce the pro-
prietor of the lot adjoining that of Mr Carnes had
made arrangements for having it taken down and
rebuilt during the last fall, but had been disap-
pointed by the workmen engaged for that purpose;
and that Mr Pierce proposed to carry out his plans
as early in the ^next spring as circumstances will permit.
The report was accepted.

Adjourned without day.
