Trustees April 2. 1855

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was holden, agreeably to the usual notice,
on the Second day of April A.D. Eighteen
hundred &fifty five at the Office of C. P. Curtis
Esq. at 12 M. _

Present, Messrs Bigelow, Bangs, Curtis,
Gould, Read & Tisdale.

The Record of the last meeting was read
and approved.

Inexpedient to fill vacancy in Trustees.

Voted,, that, whereas Mr Hall has declined to accept
a place on the Board of Trustees to which he was
elected in February last, _ it is inexpedient to fill
the vacancy thereby created during the present year.

Future place of Meeting - referred to Mr Curtis and the Sec^y_

Mr Curtis stated that he had understood
that the meetings of the Trustees were in future
to be held at the Office of the Secretary & it
was accordingly

Voted,, that the question of the future
place of meeting be referred to Mr Curtis & the Secretary,
& that the Seretary [sic] be authorized to call future
meetings either at Mr Curtis's or his own office,
as shall meet the wishes of Mr Curtis. __
