Trustees Aug. 6. 1855

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held at the Office of the Secretary on Monday
the sixth day of August AD. 1855.—

There were
present Messrs Bangs, Bigelow & Tisdale.
Several matters were informally discussed,
but as no quorum was preset, the meeting
was dissolved without taking any action.—

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the Office of the Secretry on Monday the third
day of September A. D. 1855.

There were present Messrs
Bangs, Bigelow, Kuhn, Little, Read & Tisdale.

The record of the last meeting was read.—

Sec^y to compile all rules & orders

Voted, that the Secretary, for the sake of conve-
ient reference, be authorized to make a com-
pilation of all standing rules & orders passed
by the Trustees & the Corporation.

Com^ee to receive books &c. of Ex Sup^t

Voted that
Messrs Little & Bangs be a Committee to wait upon
Mr Howe, & request him to deliver over all
Books, papers, documents or other property be--
longing to the Proprietors of Mount Auburn
Cemetery.
