Lot 504 - Perpetl. care of -

A communication was presented from Geo. A. Blaney
Admr of the late Ambrose Blaney who was Executor of
Caroline Blaney, late proprietor of Lot No. 584,
accompanied with an extract from her will, in
which her said Execr was directed to make an
arrangement with the Trustees for the perpetual
care of said lot & tomb.

Voted that the same be referred to the Committee
on lots with full power to make a satisfactory arran-
gement thereupon.

The meeting was then dissolved.

Trustees .

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place .

There were present Messrs Bangs, Bigelow,
Curtis, Gould, Kuhn & Tisdale.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Lots 699 + 700 _ Exchange of, for new lots [f]itted up by [the] Corporation authorized _

The President submitted a communication from
Mr Tisdale, of the Committee upon Grounds &c. in
which was a statement of expenses incurred in
behalf of the Corporation in fitting up certain lots to
be given - one to Messrs William & Samuel Phipps
in exchange for lots No.s 699 & 700 owned by them re-
spectively, & one to the heirs of Jabez Ellis, late proprietor
of lot No. 609. in exchange for the same.
