Trustees

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees
was held at the usual place on ~

There were present, the President, & Messrs Bangs,
Cheever, Gould, Lawrence, Little, McKean, Nazro,
Read &
Tisdale. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Report in part of Comee on Public Lots.

Mr Nazro, the Committee chosen at the last meeting to cause
the Public Lots to be put in proper order, made a report in part,
verbally, stating the expenses that had been incurred, & giving
an estimate of the expense of putting an iron fence around
the St. James Lot, & asking authority to have such fence
erected instead of the stone posts recommended by him
at the last meeting. _

Committee authorized to have fence erected _

Voted that the Committee be authorized to have
said fence erected & to execute the other matters entrusted
to his care in connection with said Lots. _

Mr Cheever chosen to fill vacancy in Comee on Lots _

Voted to proceed to the choice, by ballot, of one member
of the Committee upon Lots to fill the vacancy occasioned
by the resignation of Mr Curtis. _

The Secretary was appointed to receive, count & declare
the votes, which were as follows: _


Whole number cast 10. _
Mr Cheever had 7
" [Mr] McKean " [had] 1
Dr Bigelow " [had] 1
and one blank. _ 1
And Mr Cheever was declared duly Elected._
