Trustees Decem^r 1. 1856.

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
at the usual place on Monday December first AD 1856,
at 10 o'clock A.M. _

There were present _

The President, Messrs Bangs,
Cheever, Crocker, Gould, Lawrence, Little, McKean,
Nazro & Tisdale. _

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Lots 1126.1127 respectively Jas. Brown's & C. C. Little's _ Report of Mr Curtis upon errors in deeds _

The Secretary, in the absence of Mr Curtis, to whom
was referred at the last meeting the question of correcting
upon the Record of deeds, the erroneous numbering of the lots
of Messrs Little & Brown, read the following preamble
& vote prepared by Mr Curtis. _

"Whereas a lot containing six hundred feet numbered
on the Plan of the Cemetery 1126 was granted to the late James
Brown, and a deed dated October 12. 1844 was issued to
him, but said deed was ^ ^{by mistake} numbered and recorded 1127 :_

And whereas a lot containing the same quantity of land
numbered on the plan 1127 was granted to Charles C. Little,
and a deed of the aforesaid date was issued to him, but
was by mistake numbered and recorded 1126: and
whereas on the ninth of June 1852 a deed of 211 feet of
land was issued to James Brown as an addition to his
lot number 1126, and was recorded as such: _ and
whereas it is desirable that the said errors should
be corrected, _ it is hereby ordered that the said lot of
land granted to James Brown shall be deemed and
taken to be No 1126, and the lot of land granted to
Charles C. Little shall be deemed and taken to be _
