Lots – Spaces between.

"That, in all future sales of lots, a space of not
less than three nor more than six feet feet in width,
at the discretion of the Committee on Lots, shall be
reserved between the fence limits of different lots,
unless otherwise ordered by a vote of the Trustees.

That the land left vacant as intermediate space
between lots in Mount Auburn, and not exceeding ten feet
in width between any two lots, may be sold to the nearest
lot holder or holders, at one third of the selling prices
per foot at the time of said sale, with the condition that
said land shall forever be kept open and without inter-
ments: provided that if the Committee on lots deem
it inexpedient in any special case to make such sale,
the question may be submitted to the Board of
Trustees." _

Receiving Tomb _ Old discontind

The Committee also recommended the following with
respect to the Receiving tombs. _

"That the old Receiving Tomb be discontinued, and
that the lot be prepared for sale: _ and that hereafter
no body be allowed to remain in the new Receiving Tomb
longer than four months. " _

Voted that the same be adopted. _

Bye Laws _ Printed Report of Comee sub-mitted _ Postponed _

The President submitted to the meeting a printed copy of the
Bye Laws drafted by the Committee, in accordance with the vote
passed at the last meeting.

Voted that the consideration of the same be postponed to an
adjourned meeting. _
