A meeting of the Trustees was held according
to the adjournment, at the usual place on Tuesday
Evening December 9^th at 6 O'clock. -

There were present Messrs Cheever, Crocker,
Gould, McKean, Nazro & Tisdale. _

The President being absent Mr. Nazro was
chosen Chairman pro tem. _

Bye Laws - Report of Com^ee taken up _ amend^s & adopted in articles _
Postponed _

The report of the Committee on Bye Laws was
taken up where it was left at the last meeting, read and
considered article by article, _ several amendments were
incorporated into the same, and they were severally passed
as far as the article on "Alterations of Bye Laws", & were
ordered to be numbered; _ and the further consideration of
the report was postponed to the adjourned meeting. _

Monday evening next, at 6 o'clock. ~
