Several articles were reconsidered and amended.
The last article, upon "Alteration of By Laws was
adopted, and the entire Code was then passed. - -

The votes recommended in the second paragraph
of the report were passed. - - The meeting was then adjourned.

Attest Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary.

The following is a copy of the Report, including
the Code of By-Laws. - -

The Committee appointed to prepare a Code
of By-Laws respectfully report: -

That with the assistance of the Secretary they have examined
the Records of the Corporation and Trustees, and have selected
therefrom such standing votes as appeared to them to require in-
corporation into the proposed Code of By-Laws. They have endeavored
to arrange, condense and simplify said votes so as to make them
intelligible and convenient of reference. They have omitted some
things which appeared to them superfluous, and have introduced
others which they considered essential to the connexion and
completeness of the Code.

If the Code now reported shall be adopted, they recommend
that all previous votes incompatible with the provisions of said
Code, or with the Act of Incorporation, shall be repealed, and that
a copy of the new Code shall be printed with the next edition
of the Catalogue. - -
