Trustees _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held at the usual place on --

There were present, the President, Messrs Cheever,
Crocker, Curtis, Gould, Lawrence, Little, Nazro
and Read. - -

The record of the last meeting was read.

By-Laws reconsidered_ and

This being the meeting next after the meeting at which
the By-Laws were adopted, it was unanimously

Voted that the same be reconsidered: _
and thereupon it was proposed that Article 15th which
relates to "Inerments," should be so amended, as to require
an order from the proprietor of a lot or his legal representative
to be presented at thet Gate prior to an interment in said
lot: _

Amended_ and

that the last article relating to "Alteration of By-Laws" should
be amended as to require any Amendment to be proposed
at a meeting seven days at least prior to the meeting at which
the same should be passed: _

Adopted as a whole _

And that a new Article entitled ' "Lots of deceased
Proprietors" _ should be inserted immediately after Art. 18_
and that the articles from that to the end should be
renumbered.

Voted that the foregoing amendments be adopted, &
the Code as amended be passed. _

Voted that the same be recorded in their order
with the By-Laws as adopted at the last meeting, if space

My general rule of thumb is to try and prevent the marginal headings from interrupting a paragraph. So I condensed the ands into the heading above and left the rest separate.
