The Secretary suggested that certain lots held in an
aggregate capacity had never been entitled to representation,
upon which it was
Voted,, that any person who shall
be designated by any Company, Society or Association,
whether corporate or incorporate, which may own a lot of
three hundred feet or more in the Cemetery of Mount
Auburn, be hereby authorized to represent said lot,
and vote at meetings of the Corporation. _
