Mr Read was requested to collect, assort & count
the votes for the respective officers, and Committees which
are required by the By Laws to be chosen by ballot.
Pending which it was. _
Salary &c of Secretary & Treasurer
Voted that the salary and compensation of the
Secretary & Treasurer respectively be the same as on
the last year. _
The Committee reported that the following officers,
and Committees had each been chosen unanimously,
receiving eight votes, the whole number cast. _
