Upon motion of Mr Nazro.

Public Lots_

Voted that the unfinished business in connec-
tion with the Public Lots, referred last year to
a special Committee, be referred to the Committee
on Lots. _

Disputed bills of Supt referred to Comee on Lots

The following communication was received from the
Superintendent: _

"To the Board of Trustees of Mt Auburn Cemetery,

Gentlemen,

There having been some complaints
by Proprietors of exorbitant charges, by the Superintendent,
for service rendered.

Therefore if compatible, I would ask,
that a Committee be appointed to whom all bills
supposed to be excessive shall be referred. _

And therefore it was

Voted that, hereafter, all bills presented
by the Superintendent to Proprietors which may be deemed
exorbitant by them shall be referred to the Com-
mittee on Lots.

Representatives of Lots

The Secretary presented the written petition of sundry
parties for the appointment of representatives to their respective
lots. _

And it was ordered that the persons therein
severally designated be appointed to represent the lots
hereinafter mentioned in connection with their respective names.
