The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees, which was also
an adjourned meeting, was held at the usual place, on
Monday April 6^th 1857. at 10 O'clock A.M. _

There were presents, the President, Messrs Cheever,
Crocker, Curtis, Gould, M^cKean, Nazro, Read & Tisdale.

The Record of the last meeting was read. _
