Death of H. S. M^cKean - Resolutions -

Voted, That the Trustees desire to express their
deep sympathy with the widow of the deceased,
in this afflicting bereavement, and to assure her
of the sincere respect they entertained for their depar-
ted friend. _

Voted that the Secretary transmit a certified copy of
these votes to Mrs Anna H. M^cKean.

The meeting was then adjourned

Trustees - July 6, 1857. No Quorum

At the usual hour for the regular monthly meeting
on Monday July 6^th 1857, which was duly notified,
there were present, the President, Messrs Cheever,
Little and Nazro - which number not constituting
a quorum, the meeting was accordingly adjourned
to the next regular meeting. _
