Comee appoind to effect removal of tomb on Snowberry Path _

Mr Cheever stated the desirableness of effecting
the removal of the lot and tomb no. 577 Snowberry Path,
and lot no. 588 upon the same path, belonging respectively
to Benjamin Blaney and Samuel D. Ward, and sug-
gesting the appointment of a Committee for the purpose: _

Upon Motion of Mr Read,
Voted to refer the matter to the Committee on Grounds.

Special Deed in Trust authorized _

An application was made by Charles W. Storey,
Executor of the will of the late Matthias P. Sawyer, for
the issuing of a deed of a lot containing two thousand
square feet in the following special terms: _

..."in consideration of $1000 paid by Chas W.
Storey
, Executor of the last will of Matthias Plant Sawyer, late
of Boston, Merchant, deceased _ .

At the request of said Storey,
to Curtis B. Raymond of Boston, merchant _
....in trust to permit the body of the said
Sawyer and such suitable monument as said Storey shall
select to be deposited and to remain undisturbed forever in
and upon the said lot, and to use the said lot for the
purposes of a burial ground for the families of said Raymond
and his heirs in such manner as he or they may from time
to time see fit not inconsistent with said trust, nor
with the terms of these presents." _

Upon motion of Mr Gould.

Voted that said deed in the form above stated
be approved. _
