The record of the last meeting was read.

Lease to A. Apple - the Gardener - read & Adopted _

Upon motion of Mr Curtis, the following
preamble and vote were adopted.

"Whereas, under the direction of the Com-
mittee on Grounds, who were authorized to
arrange the terms of a lease to Anthony Apple,
the Secretary has prepared such lease to said
Apple for the term of ten years, which lease
has now been presented to this board and read.

Voted that said lease be hereby adopted. _
and that the Treasurer and Secretary execute
the same on behalf of this Corporation." _

Com^ee on Lots to have control of the mode and manner of erecting Head Stones in Public ^^Lots.

Upon motion of the chairman of the Committee on Lots,

Voted that said Committee have control
of the mode and manner of erecting monuments,
and head stones in the public lots.

Lot 32 _

Upon petition of Daniel and Hannah Austin,

Voted that Elizabeth Joy of Waltham,
sister and joint heir with the said Hannah of
Joseph B. Joy, late proprietor of lot numbered
32, on Myrtle Path, be hereby designated to
represent said lot. ~
