On motion of Mr Gould
Voted that the report be accepted & adopted.

Compensation of Secy for Extra Services. Referd to Comee _

Mr Bangs stated that it was well known to
the Trustees that the Secretary had rendered
many services during the year or two past not falling
under his regular duties, particularly in connection with
the correcting of errors in the place and catalogue as well
as the records, and in the preparation of the catalogues,
the code of bye-laws &c. _

And upon motion by him it was

Voted that a committee of two be appointed
to consider if any, and what compensation be allowed
him for such services. _

The President appointed Messrs Gould and
Nazro, such committee.

On motion by Mr Nazro,

Voted that Mr Crocker be added to the
committee.

Mr Tisdale _ Resignation as Trustee _

A communication received from Mr Tisdale
was read, in which he tendered his resignation
as Trustee of Mount Auburn Cemetery from this date,
(Decr 7th).

Upon motion by Mr Gould,

Voted that said resignation be laid upon the
table for one month.

The meeting was then adjourned.
