Trustees January 4, 1858

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees of
Mount Auburn Cemetery was held on Monday
January 4, 1858, at 10 O'clock, a.m. ~ at
the usual place. _

There were present, the President, and Messrs
Bangs, Cheever, Curtis, Gould, Crocker, and
Little. = 7

Lime Avenue Plan to be corrected.

The Chairman of the Committee upon Grounds,
to which Committee was referred at the last meeting
the subject of the deviation of the plan from the location
of Lime Avenue, reported _ recommending that
the plan be corrected so as to conform to the actual
location: and the report was adopted. _

Report of Comm^ee on Lots on bill disputed by Mr. C. G. Nazro

The Chairman of the Committee upon Lots, to which
Committee is referred disputed bills against proprietors,
submitted a written report upon a bill disputed
by Mr C.G. Nazro, with the accompanying papers:
that no item of the bill appeared to them overcharged;
and setting forth the views of the Committee as to the
principle by which the Corporation should be governed
in charging proprietors for work done upon lots. _

Upon motion by Mr Bangs, the report was accepted,
and the same, with the correspondence, is placed on file.

Report of Special Com^ee on Extra Compensation

Mr Gould of the Special Committee to which was
referred, at the last meeting, the subject of extra compen-
sation to the secretary for past services in connection with
