----------------------------

This certifies that we have examined the books and accounts of the
Treasurer of the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, for
the year ending , and have found them correctly
kept and properly balanced with satisfactory vouchers for all
payments charged.

The certificates of stocks and other evidences of property were
found in accordance with the statements in his accounts.

In the Fund for Repairs there appears to be due him
one hundred & twenty four 88/100 dollars, and to be in his hands
belonging to the general accounts of the Corporation one
hundred & seventy three 89/100 dollars.

Boston .
