Trustees Records ~ 1858 ~

Trustees _

In accordance with the by-law requiring the Secretary to call
the first meeting of the Trustees written fourteen days after
the annual meeting, and notices having been issued
for such meeting, the Trustees met at the office of
the Secretary, on

There were present Messrs Bangs, Bigelow, Cheever,
Curtis, Gould, Nazro, Read, Sleeper and Tobey ;
and Mr Crocker subsequently appears. _ 10 members

Dr Bigelow took the Chair, and the record of the
Annual meeting was read. ~

The chair announced the first business to be the election
of officers and committees for the ensuing year. _

The Trustees then proceeded to ballot for officers
and Committees, each of which received eight votes
the whole number cast, and they are as follows: _

he would faithfully perform the duties of Secretary of the Proprietors of
