The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was
held at the usual place on _

Present, the President, Messrs Cheever, Crocker,
Curtis, Gould, Nazro, and Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Waldo, H. S. Adjustment of difference about Lot _

Mr Curtis, for the Committee upon Lots, to which was
referred, at the last meeting, the subject of the differ-
ences between Mr H. S. Waldo and the Corporation,
reported than an amicable and satisfactory arrange-
ment had been made with Mr Waldo with reference
to the conveyance to him of the lot in question, and
upon motion, it was voted

That the report be accepted.

Mr Curtis further stated, that, upon another
subject committed to them _ the numbering of the lots _
