submitted us the report of the sub-committee appointed
to estimate the amount which will be due this Cor-
poration from the Massachusetts Horticultural Society,
according to the provisions of the indenture just adopted,
an account stating the several items of debit and credit,
from which it appeared that the amount^which will be due from
said Horticultural Society, is
nine thousand and eight & 49/100 dollars.

Voted that said report be accepted and placed
on file.

Upon motion by Mr Read

Stone Farm Annexed.

Voted that all land owned by the Proprietors
of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, situated on the southerly
side of their Cemetery be, and the same hereby are,
annexed to said Cemetery, and made part thereof.

Voted that the Superintendent be directed to cause
one or more interments to be made on said lands,

Voted that the Secretary be directed to send a
copy of these votes to the Assessors of Watertown.

The meeting was then adjourned.
