Trustees Jany. 31. 1859.

A meeting of the Trustees was held according
to adjournment at the usual place, on Monday,
January 31, 1859, at 10 O'clock a.m.

There were present the President, Messrs
Andrews, Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Gould, Little,
Nazro, Read and Tobey. 10 ~

The record of the meeting of December 20^th was
read. _

President's Annual Rep^t

The President read the Annual Report of the Trustees;
and it was voted that the same be accepted,
printed and distributed to the Proprietors at their
Annual Meeting.

Report of Com. on Grounds.

The President also for the Committee on the Grounds
submitted a report, stating the improvements that had
been made during the season, under the appropriation
of March 1, 1858.

Voted that the same be accepted & placed on file.

Treasurer's Report

The Treasurer read his Annual Report, together
with that of the Superintendent.

Upon motion by Mr Tobey the same were accepted
and ordered to be printed, with the Trustees' Report.

Fund for Repairs

The Treasurer also read a paper stating the value of
Accounts in the Fund for Repairs on the 31^st of December,
1858.

Voted that the same be accepted and placed on file.
