Trustees .

The regular monthlly meeting of the Trustees was
held at the usual place on

There were present, the President, Messrs
Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Gould and
Nazro.

The President asking leave of absence
Mr Curtis was called to the Chair.

Carriages at Gate _

Mr Cheever made an informal report on
the matter of inquiry referred to him at the last
meeting _ viz. the expediency of having carriages sta-
tioned at the gate for the accommodations of
such visitors as may desire the use of them.

No action was had thereon.

Amendt to Art. 23d of By-Laws.

The Amendment to Art. 23d of the by-laws, which
was proposed at the last meeting _ viz. the insertion of
the words "or Treasurer," after the words, "on payment
of twenty Dollars to the Superintendent," _ was taken
from the table, read, and unanimously adopted.

Report on Tomb under Park St. Church _

The report of Mr Gould upon the Receiving
tomb under Park St. Church was taken from the table,
accepted, and ordered to be recorded – and
is as follows: _

"The Committee to whom was re-
ferred the subject of the Receiving Tomb under Park Street
Church
visited the tomb with Mr Baker, the Sexton
of that Church, who informed them that for the
