Trustees .

The monthly meeting of the Trustees was held
at the usual place on

There were present the President and Messrs.
Andrews, Cheever, Crocker, Gould, Nazro,
and Read.

The record of the last meeting was read.

Rept of Comee on Grounds _

The Committee upon Grounds submitted a report
upon sundry matters, of which the following is
a copy.

Awning at Gate _

1. That the Committee on Grounds be authorized
to place an awning over the two recesses on the
inside of the stone gateway.

Tool _ House _

2. That the same Committee be authorized to erect
a small moveable tool house for the use of the workmen,
in some convenient part of the grounds.

Repair of Iron-fence

3. That the same Committee be authorized to
repair, in such manner as they may find best,
the defective joinings in the iron and stone fence
of the Cemetery
, especially where the iron is corroded
by the action of the sulphurous cement.

Painting Fence-

4. That the same Committee be authorized to
paint the whole iron fence on the northerly and
easterly sides of the Cemetery, when, in their Judg-
ment it shall require it.
