It was then moved by Mr Nazro,

That this Board direct that said lot shall
be laid out twenty six feet by twenty six feet,
and to have two fronts _ upon Laburnum Path and
Chapel Avenue _ as originally understood by Col.
Wade
and his friends; the vote to be taken by yea & nay.

Mr Mann the Superintendent, was introduced
to explain the lines upon a plan of said lot as made
by Mr Wadsworth; and Mr Converse, Executor
and Residuary Legatee of Col. Wade was introduced
to show the plan of a costly monument which it is
proposed to erect if the location claimed by him is
adopted by the Trustees. He also read a letter from
John C. Page, who was present when
the lot was selected; and introduced Mr George Holden,
who was also present, both stating what they then
understood to be the agreement as to the location of
the lot.

Mr Curtis was called away from the meeting.
There being but five members of the Board present,
and one of them stating that he could not vote upon the
question, as his present knowledge of the matter would not
enable him to form an opinion,

Voted that the motion pending be laid upon
the table until the next meeting.

The meeting was then adjourned.

Attest Austin J. Coolidge, Secretary.
