Some discussion arose in reference to
amending articles 27 & 28 upon "admittance
and Funerals: and instead of proposing an
alteration thereof, the following vote ws adopted _

Copy of Rule respecting Fast-Driving [to] be handed to Every carriage entering [the] cemetery _

That a copy of the rule respecting Fast
driving shall be handed to every person
driving into the cemetery _

Repeal of vote giving Comee on Lots control of erection of monuments &c _

It was further voted that the order
of . providing "that the committee
on Lots shall have control of the mode
and manner of erecting monuments,
and head stones in the public lots" _
be hereby repealed _

Plan and Survey of Cemetery _

The Secretary stated that a large
plan of the cemetery was greatly needed
in his office: that additions had been
made to the old plan from year to year
since 1831, and frequent erasures and
changes upon it had, nearly worn it
out, and thus in a measure impaired
its accuracy, that a new and careful
survey of the whole cemetery and its
adjacent lands could probably be made
at a moderate cost; and upon his
recommendation, and on motion of
Mr Read,

Request by Coolidge for a new large plan to be made up of the Cemetery

They didn't have photocopying available. I think this is only a replacement for the plat plan that was in his office that was worn out. I don't think that it is significant.
