Trustees Nov. 7. 1859

The regular meeting of the Trustees was held
at the usual place, on Monday, November 7^th,
1859, at 10 o'clock a. m.

There were present the President,
and Messrs Andrews, Cheever, Curtis, Nazro and Read

Correction of Record _

The record of the last meeting was read,
and approved, with the exception of the vote
repealing the vote of Nov. 2^d. 1857 which was
passed under the erroneous supposition that said
vote of Nov 2^ond gave the committee upon lots the
control of erecting monuments &c, in all lots
in the Cemetery, as well as the public lots.

Expunging of vote _

Upon motion by Mr Curtis,
Voted that said repealing vote be stricken
from the record.

Amendments to By-laws proposed at last meeting adopted _

The amendments to the by-laws proposed
at the last meeting were taken from the table,
and were unanimously adopted.

The Committee on Lots presented a report
