sixty nine feet be given to him without further
consideration.

Representation of Lots _

The Secretary read the following petitions
for the representation of lots _

and it was voted that the persons therein
nominated be severally designated to represent
said lots respectively, until the further order
of this Board.

Lot 944 _

Upon the petition of the daughters _ heirs at
law _ of William Rotch, deceased, late proprietor
of lot numbered 944, Maria A Rotch of Pitts-
-ford Vt daughter of said William was des-
-ignated to represent said lot.

Lot 951 _

Upon the petition of the executors of the will
of Charles F. Hovey deceased, late proprietor
of lot numbered 951 Justine de Peyster Hovey widow
of said Charles F was designated to represent said lot.
