Upon motion by Mr Curtis,
Voted that the Trustees decline any other
action than to receive the $400. above men-
tioned, in accordance with the terms con-
tained in the will of said Thomas O. Larkin

Mr Curtis proposed certain amendments
to the regulations respecting visitors with
penalties annexed to the violation of
the same, which were read and referred
to the next meeting of the Trustees.

The meeting was then adjourned.
