At the hour appointed for the regular monthly
meeting on Monday January 2. 1860, there
were present, the President and messrs
Cheever, Little and Nazro.

No quorum

No quorum being present, the meeting
was adjourned to the next regular meeting.

Trustees Feb. 6. 1860.

The regular meeting of the Trustees was held at
the usual place on monday February 6^th 1860. at
10 o'clock. A.M.

There were present, the President,
messrs Cheever, Crocker, Curtis, Little, Nazro, Read,
and Tobey. _

The record of the last meeting was read.

Trustees [An]nual Report

The President read the annual report of
the Trustees which was accepted.

Granite [f]ront for new [Ca]tacomb Tomb [P]lan of

The President for the Committee on Grounds
submitted the draft of a granite front for
the new Catacomb Tomb which that Commit-
-tee have been authorized to have constructed.

Appropriation for same

Upon motion of Mr Read,

Voted that the Committee be authorized to
contract for such front at an expense
not exceeding four thousand dollars.
