P. Kennedy's Memorial _

A written statement by Patrick Kennedy
late a workman in the cemetery, representing
that he saw another workman, Thomas
Barrington
remove trees from the cemetery
in violation of the regulations, and that
for giving such information he had been
discharged was read and referred to the
Committee on Grounds.

Perpetual Repair of Lots _

Mr Curtis, chairman of the committee
on Lots, stated that the Corporation had
no means of knowing the extent of its
liability under the contract for perpetual
repair of any lot in case of enlargement,
or of erections thereupon, after the making
of such contract; and for future security
would offer the following orders, which
had been agreed to by the Committee
on Lots _ Those were read and adopted.

Record of Condition of such lots to be kept.

It is recommended by the Committee on
Lots, that hereafter a record shall be
kept of the condition of all lots which
this Corporation may contract to keep
in perpetual repair and preservation,
in which shall be sufficiently described
the fences, trees, shrubbery, plants, tombs,
monuments, head-stones, tablets or other
memorials, which are or may be in and
upon said lots at the time when such
