Voted, upon motion of Mr Andrews,
that the report be accepted, and that

Spooner, W^m H. Jr chosen Gardener

It was further voted, upon motion
by Mr Andrews, that W^m H. Spooner, Jr.
be appointed Gardener, upon such terms
as the Committee upon Grounds and he
may agree. _

Memorial of Mace Tisdale _

Mr Rand to whom was referred
the memorial of Mace Tisdale, reported
that Mr Tisdale had withdrawn his
former request, and desired the
